Enhanced Client Login Area

OilTracers LLC has substantially enhanced its Client Login Area to allow clients rapid and secure on-line access to files associated with past and ongoing projects. In the new login area, each client uses a user id and password to log into a secure area specific to that client. Three key features include:

(1) All past project files specific to a client are listed in the secure area and can be downloaded to the client’s personal computer by simply right-clicking on the file name. Some file types can be opened within the browser without downloading them. These features have several uses:

• Project files can be rapidly accessed by all project members.
• Clients can use the secure area as a convenient archive of their past project results.
• Clients can immediately find the most up-to-date information on their current projects by simply logging on from any location.

(2) The client can also upload files (such as maps, cross sections, or logs) by simply clicking a "browse" button on the secure web page, then selecting the file on his or her computer, and then hitting the "Upload" button on the secure web page. This feature allows clients to send relevant information to OilTracers^® project members quickly and conveniently.

(3) The client can leave comments for OilTracers^® on the secure area by typing directly into a convenient comment field on their secure page. All past comments that have been left by either the client or OilTracers^® personnel are archived within the client’s secure area and are conveniently organized, first by project and then by date. OilTracers^® personnel are automatically alerted by e-mail whenever a client either uploads a file or adds a comment to their secure area.
